I can see a lot of suicides inside the tunnel. Man, that really is not good.

Your new group "Transit Supporters for Elevated Freeways along Downtown Waterfronts" can talk about all the suicidal people whose lives you'll save by getting another viaduct built instead of a tunnel. I mean, just look at the death toll from the I-90 tunnels.

Despite the monorail's defeat, I still have faith in Seattle's potential. That's why I'm doing what I can do to make Seattle a better place. And who knows, if we environmentalists succeed, maybe John Fox will be the one who has to move.

If I recall correctly, I think Will's referring to his argument that a waterfront tunnel will become a magnet for suicides. Tell ya what, Will, this sounds pretty convincing actually. It's the kind of argument even that makes you sound like you're a sane person. So I say, go for it.
