Cool, but we still blame you for Bush.

Given that Al Queda video released over the past few days (LauraMansfied.com) which shows their 9/11 training, I guess the only plausible way Bush could be complicit is if UBL himself called Bush before 9/11 and asked if we wanted to join in the fun. Yep, that's what must have happened, don't you think?

The Bush Administration may not have had anything to do with 9/11, but it was certainly very convienent for them.

I certainly blame any further attacks on him.

This whole "which president is to blame for the attack" argument is getting tired quickly.

The only people definitively responsible for the attack were the fuckers flying and hijacking the planes, almost to a man from Saudi Arabia.

Yeah, Bush is an incompetent moron selected by the republican leadership to be a caretaker president. Is it really a shock that a man who was in over his head running the Rangers ignored increasingly strident PDB whilst on vacation? Yes, Clinton was too politically weak to start a land war in central Asia. The relatively weak response in the late 90’s can be traced mostly back to the nature of divided government, not Lewinsky’s blue dress.

Really want to hurt those behind the attack? Buy a bicycle and use to commute each day to and from work, the grocery store... What else does Saudi Arabia have beyond oil, misery, and fundamentalist religious schools teaching it’s all someone else’s fault?

I think he heard about the plot and blew the intel off, just because it didn't seem important to him, but essentially that's the extent of his responsibility for 9/11.

Now, his opportunism following the attack....
