Stranger Genius Awards recipient and all-around superstar Sarah Rudinoff will be helping out with the closing night party at the Mirabeau Room this Saturday. If you haven’t seen Sarah in Hedwig and the Angry Inch or any of her other theatrical roles, you haven’t lived. Few people sing from the soles of their feet the way she does. She’ll be joined by several other wickedly talented local musicians (including Gretta Harley and Rob Witmer) and will be opening for the band “Awesome.” She’s also claiming to be headed for a bit of an artistic hiatus, at least from public performances, so her fans would be foolish to miss it.
