The best part of this is that in Irish mythology, the Leprechauns ain't shit. They're fucking shoemakers for the Court of the Sidhe, the Good People, the Faerie. Leprechauns, like St. Patrick's Day being a drunkfest, and the Notre Dame Football team, are largely an American mythology/phenomenon.
Of course, if he builds this thing in the West, you can be sure that the locals will attribute any construction delays or accidents to . . . the Good People. Not that anyone believes in them still. But no one doesn't believe in them either.
