Krump City

Posted by on August 29 at 13:56 PM

I don’t know how this happened, but I seem to have become The Stranger’s go-to guy for all things Krump.

So, as part of my Krump-monitoring responsibilities, I now point you to the Youngs Town Cultural Arts Center, 4408 Delridge Way SW, where tomorrow, the “hottest local Krump families” will be “battling for the title of certified krump.”

Seattle has Krump families? Who knew?

(Doors at 5:30 pm, show starts at 6, cost is $15.)

god, krumpin' is already past its peak and now just needs to be shot between the eyes and left for dead as horrible, horrible dance fad.

Jeez, I'm so far behind I'm still working on my Krunk.

Krumpin' ain't easy.

Chompers still don't believe

Eli, are you the go-to guy for Clownin' and Stripper Dance announcements?

Seattle Weakly is so racist it refuses to cover Seattle's Krump scene. The Stranger is the only newspaper covering this vital music community in our town. Please put some of Seattle's great krump bands on the cover of The Stranger.

seattle should not steal another city's dance. It should have its own dance. I have invented one called the Seatown prance. here it is. Slide left, slide right, hop hop twirl hop jiggle jiggle, take of your pants, do a hip shake, flip flip, knee slide. This move is so hot that underground rapper Gangsta Bullet loc, who just signed a major label deal, will feature it on his new video Drivin by on a Hata. In this video, he will do a drive by on his rival OG hustler gat shoota and then jump out of the car and do the seatown prance. It will be on Music inner city next month. look for it

man i am olnly 12 and i am a boy i can get krump really good.....
