Excuse me if I'm missing the point of the above comment... but you know there are a bunch of Americans dropping bombs in Iraq, don't you?
Perhaps you're just alluding to the fact that the media has totally forgotten Iraq for the shiny new war going on.

Ohhh-that *other* war. I just assumed we were looking at recent Lebanon coverage, filmed by special "advisors" to the Israelis.
My bad.
So much for sending our best and brightest to act as ambassadors of our country over there. It sounded like two or three K-Feds behind the camera.
Ugh, click through to YouTube and read all the comments. It's just the glaring reminder I didn't need to see of how Bush got elected in the first place.

You know--I'm not sure those really sound like what I imagined Israeli soldiers would sound like.
Now why would Americans be behind Lebanese lines, in a war zone, surrounded by sandbags, with access to a tranceiver with military aviation frequencies?
