There's someone walking around Capitol Hill with Will Smith (the Fresh Prince version) eating a cheeseburger and rap snacks tattooed on his bicep. It's pretty fucking crazy. No, I'm not joking. No, I haven't been drinking either.

creighton barrett, he of mighty drumming skills, bears the original will smith tattoo. he has had it for quite some time now and it is amazing.

band of horses will be performing on the david letterman show tomorrow night (thursday). with any luck (and short sleeves), the will smith tattoo will appear on national television.

I've been meaning to Slog about this tattoo controversy for a while now. I think we should settle it with a mighty battle, People's Court style, and get some hard evidence up in here. I'm thinking opening/closing arguments, eyewitness testimonies, impartial jury, etc. Maybe a public event?

well, hell. i thought creighton was the first to rock the will smith. as you kids these days say, MY BAD.

so, who is the lunatic that came up with this tattoo in the first place? it is one of my favorites. particularly when i think about how poorly it will age.
