There’s a new editor at the Village Voice, and his name is Wemple. The New York Times seems a bit miffed that his interview took place in Phoenix.
What a wonderful idea! As soon as Sunset launches wide-ranging arts reporting, plus reviews for foreign and avant-garde movies that will either never screen in Seattle at all or will open here much later in the year, and as soon as writing in its hallowed pages regularly crops up again in a local alternative weekly... I'll get right on that. Provincial, much?
