I personally recommend the Tandoori Shrimp - hint, eat them without any of the dips - at Quazis in Fremont (they do Indian curries, yum!).
There's also shrimp tacos next to Lenin in Fremont as well.

Awesome resource! Taqueria la Pasadita by Northgate is my favorite. Mmm, tacos.
