Dumb. Asses.

Posted by on April 27 at 16:31 PM

From the AP:

House Speaker Dennis Hastert of Ill., center, gets out of a Hydrogen Alternative Fueled automobile, left, as he prepares to board his SUV, which uses gasoline, after holding a new conference at a local gas station in Washington, Thursday, April 27, 2006 to discuss the recent rise in gas prices. Hastert and other members of Congress drove off in the Hydrogen-Fueled cars only to switch to their official cars to drive back the few block back to the U.S. Capitol.

I think my head just exploded.

bzzzzzzrrrrrrrmmm....cognitive dissonance...zzzPOP!

Fat ass.

Yeah, and thanks for that $100 gas rebate, too. I'm glad we're getting that instead of, y'know, stopping our wars in the middle east.

Grrrr. Grrrrrr. Grrrrr. Look at the size of those fucking things. Keep in mind that Hastert is the size of an asteroid himself.

HA, speaking of hypocrites.

Do they not realize that media's proliferated and that news travels fast?

No different from the Democrats who pulled a similar stunt the day before when they were 1 block from their offices. Or the President who, before his policy speech on oil this week, took an entourage of 14 SUVs to Georgetown University. A pox on all of them.

Wanna bet he left that SUV idling?

Just like the local Democrats and their 5 mpg rigs.

Oh, I hate politicians and lobbyists.

Wait a minute! He pumps his own gas???

No, he was at the AM/PM to get a chili dog. His interns pump the gas, he passes the gas.

now, why couldn't they just use American-made Biodiesel instead?

oh, and turns out that Sen. Maria Cantwell was the lone Dem not to drive the two blocks back to the Capitol building - she went to get some munchies on foot after the Dem photo op - Yay! Seattle is #1 for Walkers!
