Yeah, stupid. Al-Moqassed is an Arabic name. It appears to mostly service the Arab community, both Israeli and PA. And it's the Israeli government that's intervening on behalf of the Israeli-Arab family, who are also upset that they didn't get a certificate of Israeli citizenship. So, yeah, "it's the occupation".
