Black Chandelier is gone, contrary to rumors that they were merely remodeling. They were fools not to have a final clearance sale.
And the former Spinton/Ego space just east of Broadway, which has been undergoing interior renovation for months, appears to be preparing to open—interviews for staff are being held at the Downunder on Saturday, Feb 25. The façade is still as ratty as ever, and I have no info on what type of club is about to inhabit that space. Anyone know anything?

Someone just told me Sal's Babershop on Olive is moving in to the former B.C. space.

Sal's Barbershop is moving into the Black Chandelier Space. Now what I want to know is who is moving into the Lipstick Traces old space on Pine?

As for the club on 10th, all I know is that they are pouring tons of money into the remodel, not just making over those gross former clubs. Also, it's going to be a restaurant and a club, like something that Belltown would have. One stop weekend destination!

What I want to know is what is the deal with Coffee Messiah being for lease... when did that happen? Olive is going to be a ghost town.
