I worked for Costco.com's call center when the casket sales started. It turned out to be a fast and reliable program that generated almost no complaints, but just the same a few of us nearly needed caskets from stressing about the potential nightmare calls.
Does Costco put it on "lay-away" until the day its finally needed, or does one end up with an attractive, (albeit ominous and dark) coffee-table/conversation piece/guest bed for the next few years?
