Hold the Phone
Much as I hate to give props to one of the mayor’s PR initiatives, I have to admit that this, by city standards anyway, is cool.

Nope. That's a mic stand.
After the Mayor closes down all the clubs in Seattle, this may be the *only* way to hear local artists.
What, a scheme to placate the masses while they're left on hold for 32 minutes while simply trying to access their government? What a complete and utter waste of money. Sorry, Erica, that you buy into this crap simply because it's "cool."
DOGDAY I DONT THINK I LIKE YOUR ATTITUDE
You DON'T THINK you do, huh? well waa-waa. That's the problem with you burgouise Seattle elitist liberals. Too gawddamn tepid ... Stop "thinking" about what you feel, and start feeling fer crissakes.
And for the record: I don't like your CAPITAL LETTER LECTURE either, but hey, knock yerself out. That's the great thing about the FIRST AMENDMENT, isn't it TSK??
Leaving you patrons on hold long enough for them to develop any opinion of the on-hold music indicates a much larger customer service problem.
