Ask Me What I Had for Dinner Last Night

Posted by on February 10 at 12:20 PM

Go ahead, ask. Okay, it was hot dog on a stick. And boy was it yummy! We were downtown to see Transamerica (so good!) and were looking for a quick snack before the movie. We were poking around the food court at Westlake Center, when I spotted the elusive delicacy. Mine was a veggie dog, or course, and they batter and cook it right in front of you. It was fresh, hot, and deeelicious.

Lip splinters lip splinters! Oh god food on a stick is just like fingers on a chalk board to me (thanks to crappy wooden ice creamcicles from my youth).

Anyway, hundreds of dead chicks to cull? Do it safely and securely!

i gorge on a veggie dog on a stick at least once a month. those thangs are the shits!! They aren't sitting in a steam table, they make em fresh while you wait, and their fries, my gawd!

Ever have the cheesestick? A block of pepperjack cheese deepfried. Smothered in catsup too

It is TOTALLY like fingernails on a chalkboard. I thought I was the only one who dreaded my teeth touching the stick.

btw. hot dog on a stick uses paper sticks. not the old fashioned splinter stick.

How could you SLOG about Hotdog on a Stick without mentioning the god-awful uniforms those poor kids have to wear. It's like a cruel joke played by management. And don't even get me started on the sight of the HOAS girls pumping the muddler on the giant lucite lemonade cube...
