january 24th is rumored to be the most depressing day of the year, but this is proof positive otherwise. after reading this, i immediately got the song "oh happy day" from sister act stuck in my head. this is a good sign.
Conspiracy theory interpretation of this: Republicans are worried Dems will retake Congress this year and want to impeach and exonerate Bush before that happens.
