Except it's not just nutcase bloggers posting on the web. I've recently heard this kind of stuff discussed casually on the bus and at the airport. Just dropped into a conversation without any apparent vitriol. Which says to me that when loudmouth fuckers spew it, otherwise stand-up & right-leaning Americans get splattered and thoughtlessly repeat it as if it's not only inoffensive, but as if it's inevitably true. That's what sacres me.
